Why doesn't the mass copy (only of future, recurring andĪctive events) work? I have wasted way too much time on this and am beginning to deeply regret buying a Windows phone. There are far too many futureĮvents for me to re-type, along with the danger that I might miss some. This flies in the face of what the instructions say. However it does not appear for events that I have mass-copied over to the Hotmail account, including recurring events. Manually enter an appointment in the Hotmail calendar (in Outlook), then itĪppears in the phone (and vice versa). If a meeting exists in the Webex Calendar, the Microsoft Office 365 Calendar, and the Device Calendar at the same time, the Webex Calendar displays first and duplicate entries dont appear. It was actually MUCH easier to sync with my previous Android phone and an iPad - so much for seamless Windows connections.Īfter wasting many, many hours I noticed that if I Select Office 365 Calendar to integrate meetings from Outlook and see these upcoming meetings in the Meetings app. I have created a Hotmail account on Outlook and converted my original Outlook calendar to a list before copying it to the Hotmail calendar account, as instructed on various MS web pages (I cannotĮnter hyperlinks here, your genius web site won't let me), but nothing appears on my phone. I have tried to sync the calendar app with my Outlook 2013 calendar (on a Windows 8.1 PC). I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 1320 with Windows 8.
